En JobFluent estamos ayudando a Valerdat a encontrar un Backend Developer con experiencia en Python 
Valerdat es una startup que ha creado un software de soporte para la optimización de las compras, desarrollado mediante Inteligencia Artificial. Aplican la IA para ayudar a los departamentos de compras y supply chain en la optimización y automatización de procesos. Su producto les permite a los compradores a analizar datos de distintas fuentes y de forma automática, para agilizar la toma de decisiones y aumentar la visibilidad en la optimización del negocio. De esta forma, ayudan a las empresas a reducir costes y tiempo en la gestión de las compras.
Actualmente, están buscando a un Desarrollador Back-end para unirse a su equipo tecnológico. Os dejo los puntos más destacados:
Back-end Developer con alrededor de 3 años de experiencia, preferencialmente con Python (Django)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Valerdat is the leading AI-powered software to optimize Supply Chain and Procurement, enabling Supply Chain teams execute Purchase Orders within seconds instead of hours and reducing costs to improve product’s margin. Our technology is used by large and mid FMCG companies across Spain. Recently we have closed a seed round to improve Valerdat’s main product and accelerate growth.
The project 
We are looking for a Back-end to join the team. You will have the opportunity to grow, the ideal scenario would be that the mid Back-end moves to a leadership position.

Your mission 
- To maintain growth, it is necessary to keep evolving the backend to make it increasingly scalable.
- To do this, we must evaluate the scalability of the different components of the backend, design together with the CTO and the CIO the necessary improvements to meet the growth needs and implement them using best practices.
- Co-lead the development of new features to incorporate into your product while maintaining the scalability of the software together with the CTO.
- Collaborate with the CTO and CIO in the design and maintenance of the backend architecture.
- Implement well tested and documented web API’s using modern best practices.
- Optimising the algorithms that make up the backend to constantly increase the computational efficiency of the product.
- Become the Lead Backend!.
What we expect from you 
- 3 years of experience in delivering backend applications and services (e.g., RESTful APIs).
- Experience with Python (Django). Motivation to become a Python master.
- Solid understanding of software design and scalable systems.
- Entrepreneur mindset and ambitious goals.
- Good communication skills in Spanish and English (optional: Catalan).
