The EDA Software Automation team is seeking talented Junior Software Engineers with using Python or C++and APIs as a developer.
The ideal candidates will provide user friendly, seamlessly integrated software for improved design methodologies, faster visualization of results, process control and improvements, and general automation.
The key responsabilites of the role are :
Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
Writing and implementing efficient code
Working closely with other developers and engineers
Testing and evaluating programs
Determining operational practicality
Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems, or issues.
Requirements:
Feel confortable working 100% in English, as it is the official language of the team (you won’t have the possibility to speak spanish).
Are graduated BS or MS in Computer Science.
Practical software product development experience using Python or C++.
Are well versed in Object Oriented Design (OOD), programming and design patterns.
Knowledge in the full life cycle of the software design process including requirement analysis, design, prototyping, coding, documentation, implementation, and maintenance.
Version control skills (GIT, Perforce)
Feel strong familiarity with the use of IDEs.
Are an excellent debugging and problem-solving person.
Have a strong understanding of algorithms and data-structures.
